This letter is long overdue but we wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our remodeling project at 5621
Pinehurst Way.

We did not realize what an undertaking this would be.  Everyone says that it is worse than building.  We found
that there were a great many decisions to be made from what seemed to be an infinite number of options.  The
last thing anyone would want when remodeling a home is to question the ability or the integrity of their contractor.
We were fortunate to have a contractor we could trust implicitly.  We cant begin to measure how pleased we
were with the finished product, but we are also very happy with the relationship we have formed with you.

In the course of designing and remodeling our home you provided valuable counsel, which in many instances
saved us time and money and in some instances kept us from making costly mistakes.  We were so pleased with
the employees that you assigned to work on our project.

Randy Clark, the foreman, was invaluable to us.  He tackled the project as if it were his own home.  All of the
workers were excellent at their craft and took pride in the finished product.  We got tot know all of them and we
treated them as if they were family.  It made the whole experience so much more pleasant and less stressful.  We
would love to mention them by name but are afraid that we might forget someone..  Please pass on to them how
pleased we are with their work.

We have referred you to other clients and will continue to do so because we have complete confidence that you
will continue to back your work with quality service and workmanship.  Your talents are not only as a builder of
quality homes but you take the time to know your clients so that you can help them create a home uniquely
designed for them.  Thank you for all your valuable expertise and suggestions.  We love our "new" home.
